White Gravy
Made Easy
2 TBS of Margarine
2 TBS White Self- Rising Flour
2 and Half Cups of Milk - Your Choice... I use 2%
1/4 Tsp. Basil
1/8 Tsp. of Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp. of Salt (optional)
On Medium Heat, Melt margarine in pan,
then add Flour...and Seasonings..
When the the mixture browns slightly
Add the Milk & Stir until Thickened...
Makes About 4 Servings...
This recipe can be adjusted to suit every ones liking..
To increase serving size double ingredients.
Seasonings can be adjusted to individual taste.
Tastes great over Biscuits, with some fresh slices of tomatoes on the
side....scrambled eggs, and whatever else you want to have!
