Went to Hilo Coffee Mill 4/05
SOME HILO PHOTOS - DAY 1
Fly to HILO - Meet everyone @ Hilo Coffee Mill and they let me roast 20 pounds of
coffee - (Medium Roast - Beans)  A Wonderful experience with some
terrific Big Island Folks.

Kathy Patton walked me through the roasting process
Here..the HOT (446 degree) coffee beans are hitting
the air....nobody told me there would be STEAM!!
