SOMETHING'S FISHY

YOU NEED
2 to 4 pound fresh fish (Bass, trout) or fillets
1/2 cup miso, fermented soy beans, Oriental mkt.
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
large piece of HEAVY foil
Mix miso, green onions, soy sauce together, layer or stuff into cavity of fish.
Wrap in heavy foil, put on barbecue (hot) for 20 minutes on each side.

You can also cook it in the oven if you don't have a barbecue.

OR USE THIS
2nd mixture:

1/2 cup mayonaisse (best foods)
1 large tomato, sliced
Put the mayo in the cavity of the fish, place the tomato slices on top of
the fish, wrap in heave foil,  cook as above.

The fish will come out very moist.
You can also barbecue on the grill with a teriyaki sauce...a

Enjoy,  Aunty Maebelle

I have also used this recipe on a very large whole salmon, of course I used  more ingredients...
